Tricia Norman, Director

Tricia has over 20 years experience in the recruiting profession having worked in United Kingdom, South Africa, Hong Kong and Canada for international recruitment firms and a major US insurance company.

During this time she has worked on a wide range of recruiting from entry to executive level and developed a keen interest in the engineering and technical placement field.  This led to the registration of Select Placement Services Inc. in 1997 as a placement agency offering companies and candidates professional technical placement services.

Tricia completed a Diploma in Personnel Management and BA Degree in Psychology.
