Select Placement Services Inc is focused on developing long-term relationships with clients and to become an integral part of their recruitment resources. To achieve this we like to:
- Meet with clients and gain a thorough understanding of their company, products, services, business culture, recruitment needs and preferred recruitment methods.
- Prepare detailed job requirements to ensure we have a full understanding of the job posting and to enable us to market this position to our candidates.
- Source qualified candidates that meet or exceed the client's requirements.
- Conduct in-depth interviews with candidates to ensure they are a good fit with respect to experience, qualifications, career aspirations and salary expectations and any other specific requirements for the job posting.
- Present a selection of candidates who meet the client criteria together with interview summaries and notes and provide both the client and candidate with timely feedback after each interview.
- Obtain in-depth references from past and present employers and present these to the client.
- Communicate offers to the candidates and negotiate final terms of employment if required and advise those candidates who were not successful.
- Follow up with the client during the guarantee period to ensure both the client and candidate are satisfied.
Even when we are not actively working on a job posting for a client we will advise them of any candidates who we feel may be of interest to them so they do not lose out on the opportunity to meet with a potential employee.
